explore our programs. Eligibility depends on the placement. Photojournalism welcomes adults aged 18+ and
families.
Do I need previous experience?
Requirements vary. Photojournalism welcomes beginners and experienced photographers. Specialist
placements should be discussed with the team to match your qualifications and responsibilities.
How long can I stay?
Photojournalism placements run from 1–12 weeks, with starts throughout the year. Confirm the duration
and availability of other programs with the team.
How do program fees work?
Fees depend on your program and duration. Request a current, itemized quote before confirming your
placement. Budget separately for flights, visas, insurance, equipment, applicable daily transport,
personal spending and travel.
What accommodation and support are available?
Photojournalism includes a local homestay, specified meals, airport pickup, orientation and program
support, with 24/7 emergency support. Confirm the arrangements for your selected program before arrival.
Can my placement support my studies?
Share your university’s requirements before arranging a placement. Participants may receive a completion
certificate and, where appropriate, a reference letter. Academic credit approval rests with your
institution.
How do I apply?

Can I explore Nepal during my stay?
